In order to stimulate workers\u2019 creativity and maximize a company\u2019s intellectual productivity, it is highly important to provide an environment that supports \u201cthe quality of the relationship\u201d among people, as well as that between people and organization.<\/p>\n<p>Workplace strategy helps to clarify the ideal office environment for a specific company using concrete data , interviews and site surveys. With this research it is possible to make an educated proposal for an office layout and design, which supports business goals and grows company value. Workplace strategy focuses on workers\u2019 day to day activities and work styles to calculate the most efficient usage of space, and to propose design conditions that can maximize workers\u2019 motivation.
